Ian spent 18mths converting a barn attached to our grade 2 listed building. His open, friendly approachable manner was unshakeable throughout the build. His men without exception were courteous and polite to all our family including our pre school children. Their attention to detail and ability to always leave the site tidy and safe at the end of each day meant it was as stress free a conversion as was possible. Ian's quote remained in budget and the end result continues to look as good as it did the day it was finished 3 yrs ago.
