We are delighted to support I & J Curry’s application. There are several reasons for this: 1. The overall management of the project was exemplary, especially given the difficult time of Covid-19. Throughout the project they were careful to explain issues which came up and to seek our input on an ongoing and timely way. In their approach they avoided "unpleasant surprises". The money side of things was dealt with in an open and clear manner. 2. The quality of the overall build is evidently exceptional; not just in the parts that external observer can see with high standards of workmanship and materials but also in dealing with difficult terrain, the provision of complicated services etc. Numerous specialist suppliers (eg the kitchen fitters, IT consultants and security alarm firm) commented very positively on the work. 4. Throughout the project they were cheerful, professional and courteous and this included their own team and their contractors.
